§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Store, conditions for placing orders for digital products, rules for paying the price for products, and the rights of Customers.

The subject of the Store's business is the sale of Digital Products (e-books, PDF files, worksheets) without a physical medium.
§ 2. Technical Requirements

To use the Store and place orders, the following are necessary: a) a device with Internet access and a web browser, b) an active e-mail account.

To properly open the purchased Digital Products, software supporting PDF files is required (e.g., the free Adobe Acrobat Reader).
§ 3. Placing Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In order to place an order, the Customer must provide the necessary data (e-mail address) and accept these Terms of Service.

The prices specified in the Store are gross prices.

Payments for orders are processed by external payment operators. Available methods include secure online transfers, digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, PayPal), and credit/debit cards.

The agreement for the delivery of digital content is concluded at the moment of positive payment authorization by the operator.
§ 4. Delivery of the Digital Product

Order fulfillment (delivery) occurs automatically and immediately after the payment is successfully processed.

Delivery consists of sending an e-mail to the address provided by the Customer during the checkout process, containing a unique link to download the files (e-book, bonuses).

The number of downloads from the link may be limited for security reasons (typically to 3-5 downloads per user). The Customer is obliged to save the file on their own local drive.
§ 5. Copyrights (License)

Digital Products sold in the Store are protected by copyright law.

By purchasing the product, the Customer receives a non-exclusive license to use it solely for their own personal use.

Copying, sharing on the Internet, reselling, and distributing the files to third parties without the Seller's consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal sanctions.
§ 6. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold (digital content not recorded on a tangible medium), the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days if the performance of the service (downloading the file) has begun with the Consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after being informed by the Seller about the loss of the right to a refund.

By accepting the terms of service and making a purchase, the Customer consents to the immediate delivery of the digital product, which results in the loss of the right to a refund.
§ 7. Complaints

In the event of technical problems with the file (e.g., the file is damaged or does not open), the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints should be submitted to the e-mail address: info@21dayquit.eu

The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days and, if deemed justified, will promptly send a defect-free file to the Customer's e-mail address.
§ 8. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service. Contracts concluded before the change of the Terms of Service are governed by the version in force on the date the order was placed.

In matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
